I've read some stuff other places and the same thing, CW is getting the nod. But that still doesn't take away from KD at all, just shows what the majority of people like, airtime hills and the B&M Hypers. Exciting times to be on the east coast for sure!!

With I305 we don't really have something similar to compare, outside of Millennium Force and even that is quite a bit different outside the first drop. I really don't think any of these polls mean diddly at this point, and I wouldn't at all be surprised if I305 is rated much higher than Intimidator at this time next year. But again, it's all conjecture.

We do have something to compare i305 to...a mine train! Is it just me but im not one for turns and such. I wanna feel like im on a roller coaster and not a flat ride!

Hit the ball waaaaaaayyyyyy out of the park with this one....

While I agree with the guy I quoted, I gave it the "4" vote. I can't give it the "5 star" vote until I ride it. From what I've seen in the images and animation up to this point, they really did hit a homer with this one.

Hopefully, I'll update this rating in early March.

I voted perfect, and for Carowinds, it is perfect. A few extra bunny hops to help burn off some energy before the final brake would have been nice but who can complain, really! I've been wanting a hyper coaster ever since I rode Magnum in 1990. It took 20 years from that day, and we not only got a hyper, but we got a damn good looking hyper.

This will be a destination coaster for enthusiasts all over the world. Attendance should see a big spike in 2010.

I don't know why anyone could have voted anything but perfect!!! Sure taller would be fun, but KD's giga is taller but I think our layout, and trains are better and this moves carowinds into a whole new park class.
