The puke sort of looks photoshopped but everyone's reactions are too perfect for it to be photoshopped. I don't know.

I've seen that picture before. Although I don't especially enjoy staring at the guy's puke, I wondered then, as now, if it actually is real. It just seems so damn unlikely that someone would puke exactly on cue like that. Here is my question- do you think they might have planned it ahead of time? Like this: "Dude, you all know where the camera is, so on my signal, I'll act like I am puking toward Sally--Sally, you put your hands up and make a horrified face--Bob and Joe, act shocked and disgusted--dude it will be so cool after I Photoshop the puke!" That's almost funnier than if he really did puke.

Definitely not real for one reason. At the speed they are going, the puke would've come straight back on his face and behind him, not out.
