ok, why in the blue he$# was a person taken to the hospital to be examined? It didn't catch on the lifthill, so rolled backwards into the loop and back down I'm guessing? Sounds like someone being a drama queen.
We went one day and the ride went up and got stuck on the 2nd hill for about 5 min or so. The catch worked fine that day! LOL
