Correct me if I am wrong, but that looks a bit like NASCAR driver restraint system, kind of clever for this particular ride...so if they use something like that, no head banging, the scaredy cats :shock: who need OTSRs for "security" will be happier (as if I'm not scared of that thing....), and NASCAR fans can pretend they are drivers.

completion of the 1st lift hill tressel is underway. If the rain holds up we should see the lift hill completed by the end of the month. As for the restraints, if anybody is interested in hearing some audio explaining the restraint system, I have some audio of Ed Kuhlmann, director of marketing at Kings Dominion, explaining the restraint system. He mentions just as John Pagel mentions that it will not be an actual restraint, but more in the way of straps to control the riders on the airtime hills during the ride.
