I wouldn't know - I'm just an idiot with a camera and proximity.
It's hard to tell exactly what they're doing with the parking lot from across the street, even with a zoom lens and finding the highest ground possible to photograph from. The only other vantage points would be from the window of the really tall indoor jungle gym inside Plaza Fiesta, (which would involve a couple of bucks, removing my shoes, and looking like a pedophile), or to rent a top floor room at one of the nearby hotels.
It's obviously sad I've considered both options.
Someone else probably knows. If not, I'm sure the park will post closeup pics when they're comfortable with the reveal.
