What are they going to do with the large walled-off area to the right of the first hill?

Considering what is talked about in this thread, I would have expected something like a question about the auction that actually pertains to Intimidator to have been answered in this thread...

Actually, I haven't even heard about that on the news. The way I found out about it was when searching for the auction on Intimidators website, I saw the picture of Earnhardt and Hall of Fame 2010 on the homepage, and then went to Earnhardt's official hall of fame site. I guess people here just don't like Nascar up here like I and a couple of my friends do.

I want to write my name in it :)
I mean considering Carowinds Security apparently doesn't pay to much attention. lol

Are they filling in the hole!?

Apologize my stupidity but why are there going to be 2 lines? Are they finally gonna have a single rider line and STICKING WITH IT...unlike with Nighthawk?

And another thing...Behemoth and DB both are handicap accessible yet in the ride renderings and even today on the webcam or construction photos there isn't a handicap accessible ramp to/from the station. Where the heck is ramp or elevator? :?: I mean all the coasters have special needs access with a minor exception for Vortex for obvious reasons. But seriously where? Did they forget to add that in?

If you are going by the pics above, then the one in the first pic is the station exit and the last one is the station entrance you get to through the tunnel on the backside. I hadn't seen or heard of having 2 lines/entrances for this ride.

If you look closely at both ride renderings and Construction photos there are two lines. In the ride renderings look closely at the layout of the lines, you'll see one that does the typical queue house zig-zag pattern, and another one that is fairly a straight shot. In both ride renderings and construction photos the staircase you ascend has two sides to go up on that coincide with the two lines.

exclude the one staircase in the bottom photo as I believe its maintenance access staircase but at the bottom left of the photo you'll notice the staircase that has two sides. That is part of the two line system.

This still doesnt answer the question about wheelchair access though.

We will provide a wheel chair lift to ensure ADA accessibility.

Hey Dani thank you for keeping us updated with the pictures and all. But is there anyway we can get the cam readjusted since the track is complete and they are now working on things near the station, the train storage area, and ride entrance so we can more see what is going on down there. Thanks.

Where have you been...The cam has been on the skytower positioned on the overall project for some time. I do infact see the sky tower cycling right now. Could be doing mantainance on the cam/tower but im sure the folks at the park know what is exciting to look at and not and will position the cam accordingly.
