The Charlotte BobCats played a good game tonight (2-6-2010) but it wasn't good enough to beat Charlotte's original stingers, The Hornets. The score was 99 - 101, and I so wanted the our Cats to beat their behinds and send them back to New Orleans crying.
The Time Warner Cable Arena is famous for their door give-a-ways at most basketball and hockey games and tonight was no exception. The first 500 fans in the door were treated to action figures of the BobCat team, and they really looked like the players. I liked those better than the T-shirt give-a-ways.
As basketball season wraps, there are still plenty of BobCat games left. Check the Arena's website, http://www.timewarnercablearena.com for a look at the basketball and other scheduled events.
The Black Eyed Peas are also coming... Let get it started in here...
The Charlotte BobCats' next game is Tuesday, February 9th at 7 PM. I will be sitting in the Front Court Club on row K, in seat 5 or 6. If you come out, please stop by and say "Hello."
GO BOBCATS!
