They think the large massive structure that it is could be advertising enough.

Drive by it and you know something is new for carowinds.

FIRST ROW FIRST TRAIN OF INTIMIDATOR APRIL 2ND 2011!!! AND THIRD PERSON IN THE FIRST GROUP OF FURY SEPTEMBER 16TH 2011!!!!

Went by Burger King earlier and they had a little sign up on the drive-thru menu and such for the Intimidator .. also that if you buy a medium or large drink you get $15 off admission, they also were advertising it inside.

Saw a TV spot last night advertising Carowinds and Gold passes. They showed Intimidator a few times and Planet Snoopy . Oh and my fave - Top Gun @ Great America instead of Carowinds'. There's a tradition that just won't die. Heh, like me still calling the rides "Top Gun" I guess. :mrgreen:

^ I think I saw that ad as well, they used Diamondback footage when mentioning Intimidator. The new "Fun and Only" song is already stuck in my head.

I saw the Gold Season Pass commercial sometime this weekend.
