Well May looks like its going to be another great month for coaster riding, we had great weather this weekend. After my daughters 'spring fling' event yesterday at her school, I decided that today was a good day for carowinds. We (me, my 6 year old, 3 year old, and wife) arrived at the park at around 1 or so today. This was another day in the kiddie park so I wont get to detailed. We started with the "candy cane" (sky tower). Next we headed to planet snoopy and the kids did the baby swing ride. Next was peanut pirates, then they did the baby roller coaster (lucy cabbies) amd we pretty much just went to everything around planet snoopy. Of course my favorite is Woodstock Gliders with some nice high flying and a little snapping (not to much because my 3 year old doesnt like it to much haha). I am proud to say that my 3 year old daughter took her first official wooden roller coaster ride today! I didnt think she would do it but she was very excited. At the sign, she was just barely tall enough and no one ever checked her to make sure so she got to ride. After the first ride she absolutely loved it so we rode again. My 6 year old was more scared than the little one, but she had rode it when she was 3 for the first time as well but hasnt really did it since. My older daughter rode it twice (not by her choice) and while she and her mommy got off, me and Emma stayed on for a third, yes third, ride on Woodstock Express. My little girls made me pretty proud. I think she would have rode it more if I would have let her but it was getting time to go. Overall, the lines were pretty light compared to the last few Sundays. I think the longest wait was either the cars or the gliders, which was maybe 15 min or so. Another great day at the park and a good way to start the month off! And yes, I did get her picture of her first ride, gotta have that!!

On another note, I didnt really get to ride anything big today, since I went for my kids didnt really care. I wanted to ride intimidator soooooo bad but I just didnt. I dont know how I did it but I did. The line wasnt too bad, about average for a Sunday, maybe through the first 2 back n fourths. Oh well, loved seeing the coaster as always. I did hear both trims hitting but the second didnt seem like it was hitting hard. Good time today at the park! :D
