I know how "reliable" Wikipedia is, so I decided to ask the good people of Carowinds Connection this.
Did i miss something, I came across this on Wikipedia:
"2010: Intimidator: A 232 foot tall, 5316 foot long Bolliger and Mabillard hyper coaster. It features a 74 degree, 211 foot first drop putting the train in excess of 75 MPH. A reported 23 million dollars was to be invested in the ride. [4] Nickelodeon Central becomes Planet Snoopy. Carolina Cyclone is repainted blue, yellow and orange.Scooby Doo's Haunted Mansion becomes Boo Blasters On Boo Hill, with new special effects. Carowinds rebuilds more sections of Thunder Road. Carowinds starts replacing pavement with brick pavers. Merlin Entertainments buys Carowinds, Kings Dominion, Kings Island, California's Great America, and Canada's Wonderland."
I remember reading that cedar fair was bought a while back, but i also remember seeing that the deal was off. I am confused, are we still owned by cedar fair, or is this another Wikipedia rumor?

Plus, there are far too many garbage cans still at Carowinds for it not to be owned by Cedar Fair.
