ERT ends at 9:30 am so.... I would think that you need to make sure you register if you can after 8am and then just focus on the next event i guess... I am not sure how they do it if you come later, I was curious about that as well. You may want to contact Bryn, or call the park to find that info out...

A good time was had by all.

Even if it was hot as hades.

Congrats to Wormy on winning the video contest. That was freakin' awesome

And an honorable mention to Alan for his video as well (which I had a cameo in).

My only complaint, could we move this thing to May? Or October? Or April? Catch my drift?

14 rides with no 2nd trim and about 8 with the 1st trim off as well = Priceless.

It was great to see everyone yesterday. I thought that this year did not top last year in my opinion though but the staff went out of their way to make sure that everything ran as expected. One thing though that I would like to see them improve on for next year is to start the ert right away instead of making us wait a while unlike last year.

Did anyone else notice the sign on the box as you were leaving Intimidator's station noting that the trim was off? That was funny.

LOVE the ride anywho, but WOW, with that trim off, it was incredible. The back murders. Great event.

When I heard Jerry Helms say something about working for Trek in Vegas, I went up and had a chance to talk to him about Trek and a couple other things. He said he felt if the newest Trek movie had came out on the original date in 2008, that people would have been more willing to sign a longer contract for it to stay in Vegas.

One thing he did tell me was that Intimidator wasn't supposed to go up front in the park, and that he lobbied for it to go there to be visible. I couldn't agree more, what better billboard for the park than that?

It sure was great to see everyone at Coaster Stock 2010. I had a blast serving you!
Lil Gump must have smiled the whole morning, and what a beautiful, sunny smile it was.

Just like last year, I had to shut Gliders down because you all love it so and didn't care about moving on to the next scheduled activity, but I did give you and extra 15 minutes this time around. I hope the entire day was a success and that you all had a great time. We only held Coaster Stock on the hottest day of the year, right. I hear First Aid was non-stop busy all day - picking people up who had succumbed to the heat.

Everyone please post your competitive videos or give the links to them. I'd love to see them. Congratulations Wormy on winning.

What a great event! I was exhausted after the long day but of course it was worth it. I was able to get 17 ERT rides in on Intimidator, and I think that was about the average everyone got? Did anyone else have a slight headache? I was really happy when the maintenance guys told us yes they would turn the lights off!! Steve said he couldnt control the parking lot lights, but at least it was still not lights... Now we just got to figure out how to get those parking lot lights off by Sept 11th..... I posted all my pictures on facebook and will try to put some on here... Below is a short clip of the train departing the station from under the station, it was an amazing thing to see under the station and I think that everyone really enjoyed doing that...

That was sorta unavoidable. We had to get rid of the line of regular guests, literally SPRINT to do our lockout check (checking the low areas for lost articles), then turn the ride back on and do all the necessary safety checks again. It's not a quick process.

It wasnt that bad.... Yea I wanted to start right at 10:30 as well, now we know what the delay was for. The only way they could "avoid" this would be to close intimidators line at like 9:45 or something, maybe that can be a suggestion for next year? I dont know what time they usually close it though... Oh well. One way or another we got to RIDE so who cares :D I cant wait til next year, but before then C3, thats going to be a fun event as well... What I want to see next year is maybe some waterpark action, maybe a reserved area for coasterstock atendees or cabanas or something, that would be fantastic, especially with the heat. Oh well, I will definately be sending Bryn an e-mail with all of the suggestions and thoughts that I come up with over the next week or so.

Yeaaa sorry about the delay, I didn't realize how out of shape I was until I tried to run 2 miles in under 10 mins. My side kick only ran one..cough cough steve cough...

I may have snuck a few rides in and I thought it was worth the wait!

I thought it was great this year! The only major downside that I would say would be the heat.

I had a lot of fun on the Flyers ERT, if only PhantomCat would stop trying to hit me.

To give us two meals since lunch was messed up was really nice. They also gave us the intimidator cups, unlimited drink wristbands. They also held the Jeopardy in the theater instead of standing out in the heat.

I think this was a big step up from last year.

The rides on Intimidator with no second trim were amazing as well.

Considering that only about 40% of the riders lasted till the end, I don't think it really was a big deal that we didn't start exactly at 10:30.

It could've been longer a wait if the whole queue had been full at 10:00.
