Go to http://WWW.carowinds.com then go to plan a vist then click on season pass central then click on season pass benefits and that will tell you.

I just got a call, Carowinds will be CLOSED this weekend. They ran out of grease for the coasters, and the scaractors are on strike, so it will be closed.

Just want you all to know so that you don't go. When Bob the webmaster gets back tomorrow, it'll be posted on the website.

Yeah the FAA said that if they don't have grease for the rails, they can't open the rides or they'd be fined a whole lot of money.

I just received the call as well... they refuse to go buy more grease, we will be lucky if Carowinds ever opens again.
