Yeah, I have been creating in No Limits since it came out oh so long ago. I also used to be a moderator at Coastersims.com, which I quess is gone by now. I also know several of the people on the team. While I enjoy it greatly I stoped as "kids" don't have a clue when building or commenting.
I have been waiting on 2 for a long long time. Glad to see an update.

Yea I remember buying the game the day it was released. I still cannot build a coaster very well, although I have attempted. I wish I had time to dedicate and try to create something nice, or design a "concept" for the new coaster we are getting. The video was great (you will have to use either a video player that can play .ogg files or use firefox). I loved coastersims.com and I miss it greatly....

Thats what I said LOL!!! I cant wait, I have no idea when it will be released, last year it was supposed to be the fall of 2010 but they got behind or w/e so I am still waiting for a release approximation. Probaly summer 2011. Do you have the NL demo?

^ I've downloaded it a few different times, but I didn't really like the demo because you couldn't ride what you built in the simulator, so because of that, I never bothered to even finish a coaster.

Yes, but thats all you do, there is no objective or any characters etc. And you buy it at nolimitscoaster.com there is a demo as well. and if you like "fair" style rides, try no limits fairground....

Wow! I love the idea of that coaster pictured. Ten people at a time. Wow!
I recently gave away my copy of Thrillvile - Off the Rails for the XboX 360. I never even got to play it and now I'm kicking myself. It contained the ride-the-rides feature.

^ You're not really missing out on much, unless you like extremely unrealistic coasters. It's fun for a little while, but once it really comes down to it, all you end up doing is playing the sideshow games.

Thanks for the tip. I'll try not to miss it too much now.
Maybe "No Limits Coaster 2 will be ported over for the XboX. Sure sounds interesting.

I played a demo of thrillville a long time ago, I wasnt to impressed with it either.. Phantom, the people who made No Limits are not a huge company or anything, they dont even sell the game in store, so I doubt it will ever be on console, but that would be great! Just on PC, I emailed them and they said they do not have a release date for NL2 and confirmed no beta testers needed :( Oh well, as I see updates I will post them for you guys!

I thought i made an updated post on here the other day, I guess it didnt go through.

Anyhow, NO Limits 2 has posted some more updated screenshots after many months of no updates at all. The game is really starting to come together. I e-mailed them again, and there is still no official date for release or anything and unfortunately no beta testing either..
What is really going to be neat is the option for the stripes on the rails and the worn out look etc. It looks like they are really taking their time and doing this game as detailed and realistic as possible. Go to nolimitscoaster.de to read more about the updates...

here is one of the screenshots

It's people like you who show them they do have a product in demand and worth updating. Please let me know about their improvements. I may be interested in owning the new one.

--Wow. A triple coaster. Can you imagine how quickly people would move through the line? Of course there would have to be a split in the line at some point for a choice of coasters. This makes the guest feel special and it will cut down on fights.
