Its nice to see something kinda new at carowinds which is why I dont really love the burgandy idea. I think black track with gray supports MAY (idk) fit with a theme of vortex's but that might lead to a disaster so probably green track like what the hulk USED to look like would be awesome!

Garnet (basically the same color), gold and white is the best uniform in college football (I might be a bit biased).

I agree, the faded colors of Ricochet really fits in well with the Boarwalk theme. If they could only get rid of those skid marks all over the rails...

For Vortex, picture this: the colors a Crimson Tide at sunset... That would be beautiful wouldn't it?

Eh I can't talk. They're kind of sucking this year. To be honest, Black/green would always look good especially on Vortex. It wouldn't really fit in with the area though. Someone mentioned gold track and burgundy supports, and that wouldn't look too shabby on the crotch rocket. We'll see. This "new paint job" is probably just a refresh of the old colors.

I just hope they don't grab a bunch of left over paint, and throw it on it like they did cyclone. Cyclone is just way to busy too many colors. They should of painted reptar(or whatever the name is now) a bunch of colors since kids like that.

I am sure they got some left over green in the shed somewhere. From when cyclone was green. (sarcasm)

1.Ricochet & Vortex needs new paint obviously. Vortex like someone stated earlier would probably be painted the colors of the station.
2.Scrambler could use some fresh new Red paint as well. Scrambler also need's better landscaping inside it's ride area. The entrance area of scrambler is really nice though.
3.Afterburn still looks good.They will probably do more touch ups like last year.

Left over paint? lol are you under the delusion that carowinds staff paints their own rides and keeps all the paint in a shed? They hire professional painters to do this whom I'm sure have what ever color paint CF wants readily available.
