The Panthers? Who are they? Ohhh aren't they the team that achieved maximum suckage by losing almost every game?

Yeah I remember them.

Actually I think I'm pulling for the Steelers. The Steelers defense is super strong, however their offense is a tad shabby. Nonetheless, my favorite city will be Pittsburgh for the rest of the season.

Ok, well sometimes you need to think with your mind and not your heart.

I don't think I can quite understand the hate for the Patriots anyway. How can you hate one of the best coaches ever to coach in Belichick? One of the best QB's ever to QB in Brady? The complete randomness of the other 52 guys on the roster where master Bill can just plug and play any Tom, Dick, or Harry who walks in the door? As I said before I am not a fan, but respect has to be given.

Pats have scored more than 30 points in 11 of 16 games. Over their last 8 games they have averaged 37 points a game, while only allowing 15. They have played 6 playoff teams (including 4 of the other AFC playoff teams) and BEAT them all except for one Jets loss early in the season (which I think they made up for in the 45-3 MNF win on the road 11 weeks later).

In the previous 9 years of Belichick and Brady they have been a top 2 seed (aka had a first round bye) 4 times, and made the Super Bowl every time. (Psst.. they have a bye this year)

You guys make me sound like a Pats fan, and I HATE Pats fans.

If we are choosing with our hearts though I will gladly take the Falcons. I LOVE Matty Ice and they have not gotten a single ounce of respect all year, and even though they are the #1 seed in the NFC, STILL aren't getting any respect.

Well said, JamminJ. I don't like the Pats either (I work with two people who moved here from Boston and are raving mad 'anything-Boston' fans) but I respect them. They are one of my picks also. I think there is a good chance of them playing Atlanta in the Super Bowl although I'd personally like to see Philadelphia make it.

No doubt they're some of the best players and coaches in the entire organization - however that doesn't change my opinion of them. They're way too cocky on the field to be honest, but I guess that comes with being some of the best in the organization? Shouldn't, but it does. They've been a lifelong rival of mine and I guess that's just something I'll never see changing! I'm just arrogant like that.

That's why I don't like the Steelers although I grew up around there. Go Browns! Maybe someday soon they'll make it to the playoffs...
