Dang this guy has got some time on his hands haha. It is a neat concept actually, I would make it spin while rotating as well hahaha. I could definately see something similar to this becoming a reality in the future, needs some modification on the structure etc. but I could see this concept being a reality.... hahaha good find..
Very intriguing idea though, perhaps on a smaller scale than what he's thinking, it could become a reality.
