Just got back from a fun day at Carowinds for my birthday! I was very surprised at the low crowds for opening weekend, yet the crowd was perfect enough so we could do alot!

Favorite ride was Intimidator and scariest ride was Southern Star.. haha. Some things I noticed:
1. Food at Wings took forever! Like 20 minutes waiting!
2. Many rides broken on and off. Especially Vortex( even though I don't like it ).

Had a great time! Going back to spend the night at the campground the 16th and going to the park with my friends and family the 17th!!

Food at Wings took forever! Like 20 minutes waiting!

That was our most disappointing part of the whole weekend. We didn't go to Wings, but went a couple of other places and every place the line was moving very slowly. The people working the lines weren't very friendly, either, compared to the ride ops who were all very friendly.
