I just rented (via Netflix) a DVD called "Extreme Rollercoasters". It's dated 2003 and runs about 2 hours. For the most part it follows coaster enthusiasts on some of the bigger and wilder rides in California and Las Vegas. Superman's Escape, Goliath, etc. It probably should have been called "West Coast Coasters" because it ignored (as best I recall) anything on "our side" of the country. But it shows about 20 of the best coasters in the country at that time. Any coaster enthusiast should have a look. My regret is that now my wife wants me to take her to California to ride some of these! ($$$$!)

I give it an A. Check it out for yourself.

I believe this showed on the travel channel several times but I alway catch it when it's already on. Thank you, for telling us about it. Now I can finally watch it in its entirety.
