Interesting that it is $6.5 million for this Windseeker and all the Windseekers installed last year were $5 million each. Wonder what makes this $1.5 million more.

Probably some of the modifications they had to make to decrease the swinging of the cars and the collisions. Maybe a bit more elaborate lighting package as well?
