Im not sure if you can tell me this or not,but i noticed this when i went during augest and in the pictures on carowinds facebook page.Why do they park the sky tower up top at night.Knotts berryfarm in CA as far as i know never did that.

Yes, Knotts does it too. They do it to keep the cables from getting tangled up overnight by the wind. This is also done on case by case basis when they close the ride due to wind. Drop Zone is also parked at the top of the tower and I imagine Windseeker will be too.

I would think Windseeker would be grounded, I think there would be some damage to the seats in a wind storm of to much power.
