LOL I was going to ask you what sick, twisted and demented world you woke up in...lol

^Hey Flying Ace is still fun. Not too bad for a kiddie coaster.

Just wanted to say Thanks to everyone who has
posted in this thread. I do appreciate it.

I can certainly see where there are some "favorites",
and some opinions about those favorites too... ;)

When the park opens, I really hope this thread
doesn't get lost in the mix, and that posts will
still come...

Tentative plans have me going to the park
within the next few weeks, so real-world
impressions of whatever changes made
in the off-season will be appreciated!

Be Well!

For children...yes. For adults: "Headbanger City"...lol. Funny thing is I rode Swamp Thing @ Wild Adventures (same model) last week and it was much smoother and I didn't get my head thrown into the OTSR...weird.

Remember, if you don't want to wait in line, buy the Fastlane.

Many of the kids here won't suggest it because they don't want people buying it, but it is an option for those willing to pay and not have to wait.

You're going to want to get there early and go in this order:

Nighthawk....Vortex....Gold Rusher (if u can fit)....Ricochet....Hurler....Cyclone....Cobra....Thunder Road....Afterburn....Woodstock Express....Flying Ace Arieal Chase....Intimidator.

For the fill in in between coasters:

Nighthawk....Rip Roaring Rapids....Scrambler....Vortex....Gold rusher....Ricochet....ScreamWeaver....Sky Coaster (upcharge)....Hurler....Drop Zone....Cyclone....Cobra....White Waterfall....Windseeker....Boo Blaster....Southern Star....Bumper Cars....Thunder Road....Spongebob Action Theater....Afterburn....YoYo...Woodstock Express...Flying Ace Arieal Chase....Sky Tower...Intimidator....Boomerang Bay for a few hours....then go back on random rides LOL thats my regular day a carowinds. Intimidator is quick quene being they run 3 trains so the wait is at most everytie I'm there 15 to 20mins or less; Afterburn vortex and cobra, may have a 30min wait. Gold Rusher,Thunder Road, Hurler, and Cyclone most of the time you can walk right up and get on at least a 5 to 15min wait; Nighthawk you can be in line for that up to an hour and some because of loading time and breakdowns, windseeker is maybe a 10 min wait they ride holds 40 people at a time so the line moves quickly and its not a long quene maze...this is only on my experience.

You are absolutely right. I dont know where I got 40 from lol.

I think Six Flags' Sky Sreamers hold 40 or something like that. Maybe that is where you got that from.

Pretty much any day except a Saturday is great. Once the water park opens, most rides become walk-ons during the day. I have even found Nighthawk to be a walk-on. If I had to pick a day though, I would say Tuesday or Wednesday.
