It is definitely not Toxic Trap... That's an old maze from when SCarowinds first started.

I'm leaning more towards the idea that SCarowinds will be revitalizing an Alien Annihilation type maze.

At least two of us on here saw the posting from Carowinds Facebook page a couple of days agi about a Scarowinds maze proposal in the old Cinema 180/Black Widow location. It was soon after removed. That location is different from the Planet Snoopy surveying. No one has mentioned anything about it? Do you think that is the real location of an actual maze? Is it a trick to throw us off the real location which is the Planet Snoopy area or is the Planet Snoopy surveying smoke in the air to throw off the real location of the old Cinema 180/Black Widow location? Possibly both are real. A new Planet Snoopy ride and a new maze?

Feeding frenzy is not leaving. all of the mazes/scare zones are returning this year. The location has already been picked, and it's already been constructed

I mean when feeding frenzy use to be over by the cobra it's first year. Then they changed it to under the arbor.

To answer your question, yes, the Cinema 180 former location is on the north side of the restrooms across from the Cobra entrance.

I was scrolling through my Facebook news feed on my phone when I saw the post. Roller Nut said he saw it also. When I got home and got on my computer I was expecting to see others saying something about it and was surprised to see nothing about it on here plus I could not find it anywhere on that FB page.

The question I have - those building permits were for Mecklenburg county in NC. Planet Snoopy is in SC. The park doesn't have to get NC permits for rides they build in SC, do they? If that is the case that would reduce the possible areas were it could be going.

maybe it's making a comeback? If you look at the permits, they go in order from the oldest to newest and this is at the end, after fury. then again it has a hold from 2004. haha guess im just having a stupid moment

I can saw I saw the picture as well and thought I saved it on my phone but no such luck.

It was between the cobra bathroom and the small picnic shelter next to the ice cream shack. I laughed because when I worked there I never even noted the name of that ice cream place and I walked past it a couple hundred times. From the drawing I saw it actually went behind where current fence onto what I know is a concrete pad with picnic tables where employees eat lunch outside. It was right next to the employee diner (cornerstone) and the employee picnic shelter.
The drawing had labels on every building (restroom, cornerstone, cornerstone shelter, **ice cream(i forgot already), picnic shelter...) It narrowed it right down to a very small location.
