but seeing how good intimidator did vs. windseeker (publicity wise.) you'd think that if carowinds (or really any other park) was going to spend multi millions of $$$ in funds that they would spend it "all out" every couple of years building something that would traffic more attention to the park instead of spending it slowly on a yearly basis :?

'A' has me stumped. Is it overseas? :(

Intimidator is new. Windseeker is new. The economy sucks. Parks can't add GIANT coasters every two years anymore like they could in the 90s and early 00's. Let's focus on other areas of the park.

Opps I made a typo. It was suppose to be 2000 not 2010 lol. Its islands of adventure. Parks like those few examples know and understand it takes more than coasters to keep people in their gates.

According to the last couple of weeks the teasers for cedar fair have come out about once every week. if I'm right and we are getting "anything significant" next season then we should see a teaser/trailer or some clues in the next couple of days!

Alright now that I have had sufficient time to digest this.

If this were the case, why doesn't every park just have a bunch of big coasters and no other rides? Why have the other rides at all if they don't bring BIG attention to the park?

Because the economy has been bad for* four* or five years now. That's about the time for the parks to develop the attractions and place the attractions in the park in the future. If this were the case, then the parks would start doing this pattern in the next couple of months. in this pattern the parks can rehabilitate money over a longer period of time. Oh well it doesn't make a ton of sense, but think about it.

Hurler 2.0 - Iron Horse track and new trains. Add a bunny hill before turn 3, reprofile turns 3 and 4 and add a barrel roll finale.
