I am close to launching a Halloween haunt website featuring different Halloween events around the United States and Scarowinds is one that I would like to be on the list.

Create a wiki site and then anyone can edit and add photos. You're basically asking for someone else to do all the work anyway.

Hardly. While a representative may do all the work.... they are fully creditied for anything that they created on the site. Any photo or review they post links back to their profile on the site which they can post a link to any website/facebook page/ or whatever they may wish.
