As Jay said, getting creative with small areas. Example look at SFOG - georgia scorcher granted it's long but very very narrow and just intertwines itself the whole time. Also same park Ninja (headbanger) also has a tiny footprint and more inversions than cyclone and is 740ft longer. And several other coasters out there etc. I think the possibilities are endless to put a great coaster in limited space.

I love the cyclone first looping coaster i ever been on. It's a great first inverting coaster for younger kids, although NEW more comfortable Trains i think would help out ALOT. But getting rid of HURLER and replacing it with something better i am all for it! Leave cyclone alone....

Haha Clint, I knew it wasn't a rumor, just trying not to lose any credibility, as I don't have any "proof" other than word of mouth (someone might have told me they saw blueprints involving a large octagon shaped box...)  FoF was closed when I went to Kings Dominion that year since it was being prepped for demolition right before the sale.

While I like FoF I don't necessarily want it here, also not saying that what I want is a "compact launched coaster" or anything like that, just trying to give examples of things that could fit.

Anything could fit if you get creative enough.

I still of course maintain that Carowinds' primary concern at this moment should be adding quality, high capacity, non-coasters.

I could see a coaster like iSpeed fitting in that area. Might have to remove Skyflyer as well.

I remember the bummer part about flight of fears move was that it was NOT gonna be inside. A nice little (or 215ft tall one) impluse coaster could fit in that area with no problems. Sure its a shuttle, but its inverted and its launched.

And name it "even whiter lightn' "!!
