I think that they will do Boomerang Bay because all of the other Paramount Parks are getting them or already have them. But, if Borg is successful, I hope that they will build a new coaster (I would prefer a hyper!)

I feel pretty confident, since Carowinds is usually pretty predictable, that they will be getting the Boomerang Bay upgrade (I'd like to see one of those funnel things that have been pretty popular recently) along with one or two flats (PLEASE GOD SOME FLYING SCOOTERS AT WHIRLING DIRVISH'S OLD SPOT).

I will look to 2006, and definitely 2007 for a new coaster, especially if SFoG gets that long awaited hyper... I'm sure we will know something about '05 at C3 in August.

But hey, who really cares, let's just go out and enjoy this season first! B)

My Guess is that they will put Boomerang Bay one seaosn and Delirium another season.

Deliruim is a ride that is new at PKI and PGA. I was thinking and It could be put in where the Frenzoid is now. Frenzoid is a great ride but I don't think a lot of people perfer riding it. Plus I think that the County Fair area is next area that is due for the face lift. They seem to be remodeling certian sections of the park every season. Now maybe it's just me but they have been remodeling a certian section and renaming it to make it more modern every season for the past 4 seasons. For Example: Nick Central 2003 it was Old World Marketplace, Carolina Boardwalk 2002 it was Blue Ridge Junction, Paramount Plaza 2001 it was Plantation Market, and when the added Saturator in 2000 they expanded RFD to Satuator and stopped calling that area Pirate Island. Just to add to it on years they got Big Coasters they diden't modernize any section.

Boomerang Bay I can probably bet someone that they will announce that as the New attraction. The Waterpark is a very popular place in the Summertime. Alot of people buy season passes and will come to the park just to play in the waterpark, mostly parents of young children. They still have a little bit of the Employee parking left that they can use to expand the waterpark. And becasue the Campground is now closed they can make the Employee lot on that side. (All PC employees will know what I am talking about).

Does Anyone else feel the same way I do?
