With Less than 40 days till carowinds opens I am getting more excited with everyday thinking about what I want to do this season, so what are you guys most looking forward to this season, are you gona try and break any personal records for rides?

I have been craving a funnel cake most of the offseason, I want to try and ride all the rides I want to in one day. Carowinds is the only park I haven't been able to do this at.

Not excited at all for Carowinds this year, I'll be shocked if I even visit 3 times.

In those 3 visits though I hope to hang out with friends, ride Intimidator some, ride Afterburn some, not fall down hills (sup Wormy), and ride the Flyers a bunch.

Yeah, for a 40th season, I'm not excited at all. I'm not even buying a season pass this year, so you'll be lucky to see me there once or twice this year. Instead, I'm excited for my Kings Dominion/Busch Gardens/D.C trip my friends and I are planning in June. I-305 all the way!

My teenage niece & nephew just moved here, and it's less than an hour to Carowinds, so I'm sure I'll go a few dozen times. I'm actually anxious to get to my beloved Intimidator & Afterburn.

I wasn't going to get season passes this year, but I ended up having to so my teenage daughter can go hang with her friends. Like anything, it's not as fun if you go too often but I'm sure I'll be there half a dozen times because it's so close.

I'm really looking forward to our trip to Texas in another month or so. Too bad Iron Rattler won't be completed by then.

This year really doesn't excite me. I've had a season pass the past 3 years and decided not to renew it this year because DA isn't worth it to me since I saw it up at CP last year and I didn't use the pass much last year either.

This year I figured I'd do the parks like Dollywood and Busch Gardens Williamsburg but tonight I got it in my head to do Disney instead.

Hey all. Been ages for me so I thought I would stop by. Check out my signature below for my latest amusement park related endeavor. As for this season, I will agree that what Carowinds has presented us for 2013 is pathetic. For me personally, I will enjoy Intimidator, Afterburn and the latest improvements on Thunder Road. My greatest joy will come from taking two nephews (turning 3 and turning 7 this year) not to mention a third that will be turning 1 this spring. They will love DA plus my oldest is over 48" so will open up more for me to revisit so that means I will get to 'enjoy' some painful rides I usually do not ride often. I will likely do 8-10 times this season. Hope everyone is doing well. I have not yet went back and read a lot from the last few months.
