I'm not going to say anything other than, look what screamscape posted today. "Banshee / New Coaster - Rumor - (5/31/13) CoasterFusion has a construction update from Kings Island this week, checking in on the footers and progress made for the rumored 2014 coaster project. They also uncovered an odd shaped large triangle shaped footer which they also recognized as similar to a shape used on Leviathan."

Never said it was proof, just evidence that it might be a giga coaster. I'm not trying to start a argument or anything, but am I the only one who thinks this: "I can cite my source and yet telling you who told me would mean nothing to you because you don't know said source(s)." is a little sketchy. Edwardo, we're roller coaster enthusiast, unless you got all you're information from a theme park employee, (not saying you did). I'm sure one of us would know who said source(s) are. If not you could at least tell us who said source(s) are providing a little bit of evidence that everything you've been saying is somewhat true. By the way, shouldn't this whole Kings Island thing be on "All Things Not Carowinds"?

As much as I'm enjoying all this Kings Island discussion (it would probably wise to trust Edwardo, he does have connections) can we please get back to Carowinds 2014 additions? What Kings Island gets next year will have no bearing on what Carowinds gets next year or the year after, so why do people care?

Just so we can start on a clean slate, give a percentage to the following options on what you think will come to Carowinds next year.

Boomerang Bay expansion
Planet Snoopy expansion
Small coaster (Aerial Chase or smaller)
Large coaster (Carolina Cyclone or bigger)
Flat Ride
Trash Cans

My thoughts -
Boomerang Bay expansion - 25%
Planet Snoopy expansion - 10%
Small coaster (Aerial Chase or smaller) - 5%
Large coaster (Carolina Cyclone or bigger) - 0.2%
Flat Ride - 20%
Trash Cans - 39.8%

Small Coaster: 10% (Something like the Joker at SFM or Sierra Sidewinder at KBF would look cool in front of Intimidator.)

Boomerang Bay: 35% (A water coaster or the slide complex WOF got this year would be great!)

Flat ride: 30% (Something like Skyhawk at Cedar Point or Black Widow at Kennywood would be soooooo much fun!)

Large coaster 5% (It could happen.)

Well, No one really wants them it's just the likeliness of getting them in 2014.

It's a euphamism for general park improvements, nothing of note (Kind of like Dinosaurs Alive this year ). Back in the day everyone used to talk about Bench: The Ride, but Cedar Fair loves them some trash cans, so I went with that instead.

Knowing Cedar Fair though they will come up with something not on my list, bypassing the things that need the most attention.

during interview with the CEO of Cedar Fair he said that there are no current plans to build wing coasters at any other Cedar Fair parks. Unless they are trying to lead us away from the fact that kings island could get a wing coaster in the near future, I think that wing coasters will stay in Cedar Point as a trademark of the park. (like top thrill dragster) I think that it is most likely that we will see a B&M giga coaster in 2014 @kinds island. But of course that is just an opinion
