I woudl LOVE that. I'd spend every weekend at the water park if they built that. Seriously, I want that kind of thing.

When was the last time you rode Cyclone or GASM? Because that's most certainly not true.

Ouimet defniitely gets that there needs to be more family rides. I would like to see 2 large non-coaster thrill rides at carowinds, but also lots of family rides. All of the rides from the county fair section at Dollywood would be nice there. Disk-0. Ferris wheel. tea cups. Some mild thrill family rides. The park has some, but it defnitely needs more.

In fact, it's hard to get excited about another coaster when I think of the things the park needs more. Hopefully they've gotten rid of the Kinzel mentality and they'll up their game.

^I wish there was a like button. As much as I love coasters, Carowinds' water park is in need of some love and expansion and they sorely need some more good flat rides that will appeal to the masses.

If they built a slide complex like the picture a few posts before mine, I think they would see a big boost in attendance from that alone.

That's just one of the many slide complex possible I mean why not? You are only building one complex so that cuts back on land prep so to speak and you will literally double your slide offerings within this one tower!

There's a decent amount of space behind down under thunder, definetly enough space for a small-medium slide complex, and if they moved the employee parking lot there's enough space for one or two large complexes

But here's the thing, there is plenty of space currently in the footprint its using right now. No need to expand out when you have valuable space in...

That certainly would be nice, boomerang bay desperately needs something new, especially since the last water slide was platypus plunge I believe. I won't be surprised if we start seeing hints of next years expansion (if we get one). From Carowinds in about a little over a month considering late July 2011 is when they began hinting for windseeker. Only time will tell and, now we just have to wait and speculate.

That would be awesome, but it sure would take up a lot of space.

I would say no more than what that one family raft slide takes up. All this comes from one slide tower...I would even say get of one of the tube slides for this!
