So intimidator went down today and they say they "don't know" what the problem is, every time I ride goes down at every park I've been to they say this, I don't understand, how could you not know what's wrong? So, I assume they know but they just can't tell you, so my question is, why can't they tell us? Or do they honestly not know.
Any help?
Thanks guys!

They know what the problem is every time. They just aren't allowed to tell you (except when there's bad weather in the area).

Is there any particular reason they're not allowed to tell you?

It's basically just bad PR to give out information about rides that go down. All a park needs is for word to go around that Intimidator went down because of *insert reason here*. Then it gets blown out of proportion, and the news picks it up.
