I don't know if it's just me or not, but do Carowinds not play music in the quene lines or ride stations, besides intimidator, or do they just play them on the weekends when I do go? I remember even though Hurler is a terrible ride they always played the best music as for Afterburn; but it's been silent lately, unless the ride op is attempting crowd participation which is always a FAIL!!! Also off topic if anyone is still trying to figure out what RFD for the Carolina RFD section stands for it's Rural Farm District, which whatever is in that section today have nothing to do with it. Maybe cornstalkers during Scariwinds.

The only rides I've ever heard music in the lines is intimidator and hurler, And maybe afterburn? But I think it would be nice if they played music in lines.

I agree. I was there yesterday and only intimidator and afterburn had music playing. I feel music gives a ride more personality, especially the ones that lack theming.

I wish more Cedar Fair parks would add DJs to the longer queues like CP has/had. More parks should do that, and more parks should add in-queue entertainment, even if it's just TVs with advertisements, music videos, cartoon shorts, and fun facts.

Well, say they were to add music in the queue lines. What kind of music would you all want to hear?
In my opinion I would love to hear rock, but that's just me.

Some sort of more subtle atmospheric music. Being forced to listen to teeny bopper bands while in lines for rides at Six Flags drives me over the edge.

Oh, how I hate teenage bands. Well they are not even "bands". That would drive me over the edge too. The music in Afterburn and Hurler queues are decent.

Maybe this will be part of their "improvement" plans. I missed the theme for millenium force when I was up there this year, not sure why they were not playing it...

I was at Scarowinds tonight, and yes they play music in the line for Intimidator. But please, for the love of God, do not play the same country song on repeat.

That would be nice. For example, I was marathoning Afterburn (got up to 16!) and every time we got back to the station, they were playing rap (which I hate) except for one time when they played Holiday by Green Day. I was THIS close to shouting, "PLAY SOME METALLICA!"

I now wish I had.
