I went to carowinds again today and while waiting in line for borg a guy in front of me ask one of the crew people what was wrong with the other train. She said that the lap bars wouldnt unlock and that it was to much trouble to have it on so they took it back off. I still havnet seen it run 2 trains yet! I learned today that if you get in the single rider line you get on borg soooooo much faster. We waited about 30-40 min to get on in the single rider line vs like 1 1/2hr or more in the regular. The only time i waited in the regular line was on opening day thought. Well that brings me up to 4 rides on BORG!! I wanted to get 5 but we walked back over to ride it again around 5 30 and they had already closed the lines off. I think it ran the whole day without breaking down!! I got there at noon and stayed til 6 and it was running that whole time. I hope they can get the other train fixed up. All the rides were running well today. TG is so fun i love how the line moves soooo fast. I hope borg will soon be that fast... Does anyone know if in the future you will be able to pick your own seats? I didnt get to ride Drop Zone or Cyclone today. It was real hot and nice outside. Another wonderful day at Carowinds

Oh yea and uh when they say take cell phones and pagers and stuff off of you i think you should do it i lost my cell phone on borg i dont know how or where but its gone... i guess i shulda listend.... <_<

Well when i got in the single rider line on friday it was longer than it was today. On friday it was down to the bottom of the stairs and today when we got in it it was only down the top stairs. Today we skipped a bunch of people just to get into the single rider line and friday i had waited just to get the the single rider line. I wish they would have made the single rider line closer to the entrance or sumthing cause its a pain having to get by all those people and thne there like what the --- but o well i like the single rider line it helps a lot!

Yeah, it helps if people don't abuse it. I've seen groups of four and more piling up in the singles line before I can get to it. Then when these groups get to the top of the stairs, they ask to be seated together.

My group will get in the single rider lines after the first run together but we don't care where we sit or even if we get on the same train.

Hopefuly they will get the second train going soon. Of course they have untill May 2nd. :D

How do they load with the single and multiple rider lines? I've never seen it.

Usually, they load from the multi rider line and fill the seats with singles. Example...3 people in a party comes in from the multi line and they take a Single rider and put them with the 3 to fill the seats.

i went to carowinds sunday and in the morning it was running 2 trains. I got 2 quick rides in within like 45 minutes then they pulled it off and it went back up to 1½ hours per ride.

Here's a little tidbit of info about an incident that occurred on one of the trains during the testing phase. For those who have ridden, have you noticed the silver box with all the wires coming out of it? There is one located just in front of every center seat in front of your foot rest.

Anyway, during testing, they were raising the seats and a group of wires got caught on something on the seat and yanked them right out. It was a real mess from what I heard.....

Yes, that's the box. The incident happened during the testing phase before the park opened. It was fixed already.
