Saturday will be the 10th anniversary of the opening of this forum. Thanks to everyone who has posted here throughout the years and made it the go to place to discuss Carowinds. A lot has changed at the park since this place opened. Ten years ago we were following construction of the relocated Stealth from Great America. Today the park is under different ownership, a hyper coaster has been built, and now we are awaiting the details on a giga coaster (who would have imagined?).
Big thanks to JamminJ, Wormy, and of course one of the original mods MontuMax for helping to keep this place running. Those guys keep this place operating now that I am no longer living in the area.
Perhaps most importantly, massive credit to Wormy for the overhaul of the site's appearance that you see now. As some pointed out it was due for a makeover and he did an awesome job.
Here's to ten more years.
