General Carowinds discussion

WAIT!!! There's a Chickie's and Pete's coming to carowinds? STOP IT!!! They're about to have all of my funds. LOL  I wonder if they will be selling the seafood side of the menu as well like the mussels and dugeon crabs, or will it just be the burgers and famous fries?

We can all eat Chick-Fil-A outside of Carowinds anytime all year long. "Except Sunday's." We need more unique food offerings.
Also, "Rocking The Decades" and "Got Country," shows have been playing at the park for the past 2 seasons. Well it seems like the advertisement for entertainment auditions for 2014 listed 3 non kiddie shows. Without using the Planet Snoopy Theater, where would a 3rd show be hosted??? :?:

^I totally agree. I'd rather not have the same food options inside the park as we have near the park.

While I didn't confirm it, I seem to recall someone said they kept the stage setup near Carolina Cobra as site #3. That could be way off base if we're basing that off of my memory. ;)

Personally I'd prefer to have them use the Paladium for another show venue when there wasn't anything going on in there.

Exactly!!! Also isn't there a plaza by the bridge they use as the playground during scarowinds in planet snoopy? They could use that as another show spot or maybe I'm thinking Kings Dominion with a snoopy plaza ground stage.

If my memory serves me right, I think I've eaten at the crabfries place at dorney park! The philly cheesestake was big and amazing! The venue was more like a covered picnic sports bar than just a counter service joint...

I'll be willing to bet that we'll get to watch the majority of construction when the park is opened toward the end of May. Those slides will go up pretty much as fast as the Skyflyer did the other week.
