I have noticed, on the carowinds webcam, that some nights, carowinds has the park lights on, and sometimes the windseeker, and other lights like it is in operation. I was wondering if anybody knew why they did this.

The park is more than likely (I hope at this date at least) in testing mode. Anything that is supposed to light up and doesn't, gets fixed.
