They have plenty of physical room to expand, but a net increase in number of rides also means a net increase in operating budget, maintenance budget, etc. Plus, some rides are simply going to reach the end of their lifespan. Sadly, I think that time is probably going to come soon for many of the old Arrow loopers.

Hopefully none are removed. Not a solid line of rides but the essentials are there to build upon. I just want a dive coaster. I think Cedar Fair rocks to be honest. 10 years and Carowinds will be a different park.

Jonathan, I personally don't see a lot of the Arrows going anywhere as long as there is support for parts and maintenance. I know that it can get expensive, and that's when the parks will make a decision, and I think we'll see more suspended coasters go because of the high maintenance before regular loopers/hypers, but I really don't see them going for at least another 2 decades, personally.

This year's opening day, in my opinion, is almost as exciting as 2010 opening day. Sure we don't have a new coaster this year, but to see our park transform the way it is is just so exciting!

I would have to disagree and say nighthawk!

Exactly! Python at BG Tampa didn't have to be removed, they had a lot of undeveloped land that they haven't used yet, but BG Decided to remove the Arrow Cork in order to fill the space with a more popular attraction that attracted more attention to an otherwise depopulated area of the park.

HURLER. Lol I don't think they should remove cyclone or vortex. Since mantis is supposedly getting floor less trains I'd like to see that happen to vortex, it may create more ridership. As for cyclone.. I love it.

As short a ride cycle as Vortex has, putting floorless trains on it wouldn't be worth it.

Just like it's older brother (Iron Wolf/Apocalypse) if Carowinds ever decides to do anything with it, it's gonna be to remove it. They could move it to the AstroWorld of Cedar Fair (Dorney) or recycle it at the scrap yard.
