The CF parks have definitely had a Head Chef in place for a while. I remember the new on KI got a whole back started baking their cakes instead of having them shipped in.

I'm hoping that food quality gets better now that Dick "people gotta eat" Kinzel is gone.

Okay...where did Harmony Hall come from? (I know its place in the history of the park.) Was there a press release I missed? Mentioned at that coaster event? The Dipping Dots guy told somebody? Wishful thinking?

That's cool. Glad to see them paying tribute to their past. While I'm glad to see this project going in, that locatiseeon just seems like an unusual spot for it. Granted there seems to be a lot of wasted space in that area, I'm not running the park....I'd liked to have seen a delirium type ride or one of those new fangled flats that's coming out. I'll be interested in checking it out though.

Thanks for clearing that up, Edwardo. With the quality of food I have experienced in recent years, I couldn't imagine there being anyone employed with the word 'chef' in their job title.
