carowinds needs atmosphere, it just feels like you are walking around a library. kinda boring. I would rather have some decent theming/music etc before additional flats.

Really? Last time I was at Carowinds they had a place right near the entrance to Boomerang Bay where they had a small stage and some speakers in a large concrete area. Either way I'm glad that they're finally removing that theatre.

I believe RollerBee means that special events are being held... in the theater.

Oh, well like I said before I really wish they would get rid of it. The land it's currently on could be used for much more productive attractions, a new resteraunt, or they could even re-install the go karts if they wanted to, even though I never saw anyone on them before.

Well looks like the majority including myself are looking for a giant frisbee and screamin' swing rides and along add these as well below, over time of coarse, all by zamperla. Or if the new 2015 coaster increases land opportunity for expansion into a new section they all can go there. Oh and also rides like sledge hammer and shockwave at canada's wonderland and also take out yoyo and bring back the wave swinger.

Why add a log flume when they just removed one 5 years ago. Something like Shoot The Rapids would be nice though.

Cedar Point removed White Water Landing in 2005 and installed Shoot the Rapids five years later in 2010.

Hard to see Cedar Fair buying another Intamin log flume though given the number of problems Shoot the Rapids has had (and at a very high price; $10.5 million for a log flume?!).

I'd like them to take off the Vortex stand-up trains and maybe add floorless trains?

There've been rumors of them doing this to some of the Cedar Fair stand-ups in the near future. Assuming they ever actually do it, or ever wanted to begin with, I'd hope Vortex would be on that list.

Vortex is over twenty years old, Mantis is nearing 20 years also. Why spend the money to just replace the trains when a newer smoother coaster could be built?

Another great improvement the park could make is having free wi-fi for every coaster/area in the park. That way if you're in a long line you can browse the Internet or play a game.
