As you probably noticed, the site has gone down for an extended period of time on three occasions in the last two weeks.

This site is hosted on a server that is shared by other websites (rather than having an entire server to itself, which would be extraordinarily expensive). My understanding is that some other sites have been overloading the server. Today, those sites had their accounts removed, so hopefully this issue will not reoccur.
