Flat ride = the spinny yellow thing over by Ricochet. Is that the Scream Weaver y'all have mentioned? I can't ever remember the name of it, and there's not huge signage for it...

For defunct flats, I'd have to go with the GR8 SK8. It was one of my favorite rides at Carowinds when I was little.
