General Carowinds discussion

I feel like if Asylum does go then they should get a path leading to SSS because losing two haunts (especially these two) would make for a bad year for Scarowinds. If Asylum does go then they better have something great in mind to replace it.

I would really like to see CF and Carowinds really revamp the whole Scarowinds experience new mazes and scarezones of course this is coming from someone who has gone to Universal Orlandos Halloween Horror Nights for the past 3 years and every year they blow every other experience out of the water of course universal does have more disposable income, but I would like to see different experience not just the same houses each and every year. I'm certainly going to enjoy Scarowinds this year with season passes looking forward to it.

I will admit I never really care what comes and goes as far as Scarowinds every fall. I've always felt it will give a very similar experience no matter what zones, ect. return or retire (as long as their are a fair amont of them) However this year I have added interest since it seems like a lot more stuff will be changing.

When are the details of Scarowinds usually announced?

Is there already a maze called Fury at Scarowinds? I'm not a fan of the Holloween events other than the dad that drives the kids. So I have no idea what things are called.

There will be a new maze this year, but I don't know where at. I'm guessing where Asylum was?

That would be my guess as well. There is new plywood fastened to one exterior wall. Additionally the door was open and you could still see that there was a maze inside. The mister photo bombed me.
