Based off the current info.. yes less mazes than last year. 7th Ward appears to be Asylum with a facelift.

I went a couple of years ago on my bday opening day. It was worse than Memorial Day Carowinds and Dollywood combined. I'll never go back.

So the new link from the Carowinds site to Scarowinds Halloween Haunt 2014 (Scarowinds 15) is up.
7 Mazes.. 7th Ward appears to be Asylum with a face lift.
Viral appears to be a renamed Fury maze (hopefully with a overhaul.
Locations of the mazes are the same and I did see something interesting (may have been a oversight and needs to be corrected)
but Silver Scream is the only maze with no hours listed on Sundays.

5 Scare Zones: Same ones as last year except Feeding Frenzy appears to be renamed Blood Yard (kinda hope the vampires are wandering around this year attacking people instead of just dancing around the throne.

1 Show: Eternal Jamnation.. ok enough of this already... time for something fun.. exciting.. comical (The Hanging)


For those of you that dont know or never cared to look.. check out the new Zombie thing at Knott's Scary Farms.. that looks neat.
ALSO.. they have a maze there now that takes 25 minutes from start to finish.. that is awesome.

Ok.. another thing I dicovered on my explorations of the site.. Scarowinds tickets and Fright Lane passes. This is interesting.
1. They now have a Season Pass specifically for Scarowinds admission only.
2. Fright Lane passes.. there is something about select mazes having a secret room that is only accessible to holders of the Skeleton Key that you get with a fright lane pass.. Limited quantities.

Hmm, I wonder why a maze from 2012 that only lasted two seasons would be renamed but the description sounds the same. Adding fuel to the Furyfire.
