Hornet's Fury is a reasonable guess. But i would not expect them to use the NBA logo. That would make it more historic to the region, and not tie it to a professional team which has up and down periods. One of the biggest mistakes made at Carowinds was naming a section Wayne's World. That franchise had no legs for the long haul.

With that said, though... the net thing does kind of suggest a 'big' hornet that can't be easily caught... someone a few pages back suggested that the 'coliseum' clues, along with 'we can't name it the Charlotte Coliseum someone already did that' were hinting towards the old 'hive' that was the Hornets (misnamed) home for years...
How about this. Fury 325 kind of suggests it too. Carowinds wouldn't be trademarking the Charlotte Hornets name, because of course the trademark is already owned... but they could call it
"Hornets Fury 325"... it could have the Charlotte Hornets logo, with "Fury 325" after it... which would be trademarked... and is...
Just more guessing of course. The name kind of fits.
