So they have changed from a Roman/Centurion theme to a beekeeper and a burned net. Possibly Fury or Hornet variation. Did they change their plans along the way, or is there a common element somewhere?

It's extremely unlikely that the plans changed during the teasing period. The Centurion mark was filed last October and suspended in February. Plans were likely finalized sometime around April/May, and sent out for estimating/bidding shortly after. The Fury 325 mark was filed in the beginning of June. So they've likely known what the name/color/theming was going to be for several months now. Cedar Fair just likes to tease their fan community to help hype their announcements, which is awesome.

man I wonder if carowinds knows what they caused with that Centurion troll. There are now 50+ web sites saying Centurion is confirmed. They better have one hell of an announcement or there is going to be many disappointed people as most loved the Centurion logo.

That's why I am not complaining. I love all of the excitement and speculation. I bet now, that Carowinds and Cedar Fair are laughing at those many sites that think Centurion is the name. But then again, it really could be the name. We don't know for sure. Even if it is the name, there would be a trademark for it.

Latest pictures from this morning from the toll booths and footers. Fence has not been moved back yet. However many new utility markings where the fence will be moved back to. Park is empty today. Interesting that Hurler is running both trains. Haven't seen that in a while.

What is this about the fence being moved? This late in the season unless they need to, wouldnt they wait until end of season to take the fence down?
