With Cedar Fair's recent trend of removing stand up coasters (or
standing up on a coaster), I'm worried that we'll see Vortex go. I'm in the minority of people who enjoy it. I don't feel any pain other than the minor headbanging of the last turn. If it does get removed, I hope it finds a new home *cough* Dorney *cough*. It's a good little coaster and I hope it gets recycled.
Please, Carowinds, REMOVE CAROLINA COBRA. I'll take a 4D free spin though

They're very marketable and while I don't like spinning, I do enjoy flipping.
If Vortex gets replaced, there's enough space for a couple decent flats. We could get a Huss Giant Frisbee there (That, to me, seems more tolerable than the enterprise contraption). If no ride goes in it's spot, the park could leave it as a pond. We'd have more landscaping and Goldrusher would be near water again

Vortex, you may not have been loved by many people, but you were loved by me.

Have fun at Dorney!
[EDIT] If no one wants to remove Cobra, the 4D free spin can go in Vortex's old spot.
I hope Cyclone stays. It may not be the smoothest coaster in the park, but it's still a solid coaster. It's also a good transition coaster from the planet snoopy coasters to the big boy rides. Carolina Cyclone made me the enthusiast I am today, and I doubt anyone would by an old arrow, so I hope it stays. I think it could be kick-@$$ with the cobra trains [s]once Carowinds has removed Cobra[/s]. Alright, maybe not
that good, but it could be as good as Nessie. While I enjoy Vortex, I won't cry over it if it goes. Cyclone is a different story........
