My personal list goes:

RMC (Me and Allen Shilkie (however you spell it :p) think a lot alike in terms of layout design. I made that zero g stall element in No limits Years before it was built, along with the general craziness of the new styled wooden coasters)
Intamin - Skyrush, enough said. I305 is not bad either :P
B&M- Guarenteed to always get a good ride.
Arrow- Who doesn't love arrow?

Intimidator jackhammers. The recent b&m's since around 2009 has it. Apollos chariot & nitro smooth to this day. Diamondback, Intimidator, gatekeeper, etc your teeth rattle the further back in the train you go.
