It's me (G-UNIT aka Guerilla Unit) this is my last time changing my name. This is the last time I will change it.

Anyway's, CarowindsZone what do you meen by the last statment about the ride im so lost.

The money that the park didn't use to buy a new coaster will be used to paint the used coaster. Vortex may get painted, but I don't see it happing as it is two years overdue, and they are focusing on the new-used flying coaster for 2004.

I think that this just makes it inevitable though. The contrast in new and old paint of the coasters will force the park to paint Vortex within the next few years, at least I hope it does.

I agree. Vortex looks awful with all of the rust. Maybe they'll paint it for next season. And why they waited so late in the season to paint Drop Zone is beyond me. It looks good though.

It needs to be painted Bright Orange (Like the Construction signs on the side of the road)

That is funny, If it does get painted it will most likely be repainted red and black or the colors of the Vortex at PGA.

I Like the ride in red and black. If anything, I hope they reverse the colors and paint the spine & supports Black and the rails Red, similar to how the (Arrow Sit-Down) Vortex is painted at Kings Island.

What C.O.L.O.R do you guy's think will look nice on the vortex beside's red. It has to be a color that no other coaster in the park has.

Oopps! Your talking about Vortex, so my opinion changes to Black with either Yellow Rails or Red rails, like I said above.

To reincarnate this topic, I say they should paint it the same color scheme as Vortex at PGA. The colors are bright and interesting, and the current color scheme of Vortex seems kind of bland and monocolor with all of the track being painted red.

hmmm i think vortex looks fine in red, mabye a new coat of paint would be nice.
