Maybe Jonathan can chime in on why that's always the case but fresh road lines always look like that until they give it the final run through (or something like that).

I wasn't sure what he was referring to. I thought he was suggesting they were really crooked or something but I looked at the photo (kind of hard to tell) and they look straight.

If he is referring to the random dots and lines, those are just temporary paint or chalk used as a guide to stripe the permanent lines. It should disappear pretty quickly.

I assumed that was what he was talking about and that makes perfect sense.

Stumbled upon some more "enhanced" images of the new entrance plaza and parking lot.

As much as I'll miss the plantation house, walking through this will be so sweet!
Image

Loving the design for the entire plaza, even the signage and ticket booths.
Image

There will also be a walkway in the parking lot, leading to the bridge.

A closer view of the queue.

A closer look at the seating.

The lift.

The bridge.
Image

The bottom part of the station, I assume a shop and photo area.
Image

The top part of the station, where the trains load/unload.

I couldn't be more excited for what Carowinds has in store.
I can see us truly becoming the South's premier amusement park!

As long as they capitalize that "w" on the actual entrance, I'll be happy. #grammernatzi

I think they should keep the metal detectors for safety reasons.

I am fine with no metal detectors leaving, I would liketo see a less plain gate however.

There is no "t" in Nazi. Nor is "grammar" spelled with an "e."

I think they should put shoulder restraints on Fury 325 for safety reasons.
