So, I just found out that the Name Rougarou is for Mantis in Cedar Point. That coaster will be re painted and will have new floorless trains.

Except Six Flags still has a good selection of wooden coasters to convert if they want to. Cedar Fair only has two more stand-ups that they can convert, both of which are not even worth converting.

I'm kinda disappointed. They really didn't add too much to excite fans. All they did was change the feeling of the ride. I wish they would have torn it down and just built something new.

Well this could be a good thing too! Cedar Point hasn't gotten anything big since gatekeeper in 2013... I would say 2016 is going to be the lucky year!

No, I think 2018 will be CP's year. If they remove challenge park, they can build something else. Or they could Tear down Mean Streak. Heck, they could tear down both and build an amazing woodie. RMC or GCI would be a good choice.

You guys kill me...have you guys ever been on mantis? Well its vortex just taller and longer. I welcome this change. I'm soooooooooo glad a lot of you don't make theme park decisions cause you will fail miserably. Just the changing of the trains alone should make a good ride even better! So what you're not excited? Don't go!

Have you even been on Scream! The cobra roll and the 0-G roll was the worst part of the ride with lots of headbanging. I bet the Mantis conversion will be much better than you "ideal" floor-less roller coaster with tons of high G turns and a great layout.
