Hey everyone, it's been awhile since I last posted.

On November 4th, I'll be boarding a plane to Vegas where I'll stay with my family for three days. While there, I plan on visiting Stratosphere, Adventuredome, and the New York Roller Coaster. (This will put my coaster count at 40!) I won't be able to visit Wet N' Wild or Cowabunga Bay sadly.

My question is, is there anything else that I HAVE TO DO while I'm there. (Keep in mind that I'm 13).

I haven't been to Vegas since you were born.

Some of my Vegas credits don't even exist anymore. (No big loss, really...)

One of my friends was there last week, tho, and she really loved zip lining over Fremont St.

I've never been to Vegas, but if you've got someone who can drive you, Buffalo Bill's Resort and Casino is about 45 minutes south of the city and home to Desperado, the largest hyper coaster Arrow built and the 9th longest coaster in the world. I've always wanted to ride it.

Call Buffalo Bills to make sure it's open. Don't rely on their website. It only runs certain days of the week, unless you're me and you show up and the whole resort is closed. (Thankfully I already had the credit)

It's worth it tho. Good coaster.

As for stuff not to miss? You're 13 outside of coasters, I can't suggest much if anything. Try to see the Fremont Experience and any free shows. Hoover Dam is awesome. But that's it for your age.

Haven’t been since ’07, but a word or two on the coasters you’ll likely do. Whatever they keep renaming Manhattan Express these days at the abomination that is the NYNY Hotel, it’s an awfully rough ride but unique enough to be fun. Canyon Blaster under Adventuredome (Circus Circus) is an Arrow carbon copy of Cyclone, but with a little more going for it at the end.

As for the Stratosphere. The attractions on top were closed due to high winds when I visited. Just as well, my knees were wobbly enough just walking around the observation deck. It’s higher than you think..

I REALLY wish they'd rebuild Speed and take the OTSRs off. That was the best ride in Vegas proper.

Well, my flight leaves tomorrow at 7am.

I'll post daily trip reports in a separate thread starting tomorrow. Adventuredome is closed for maintenance all week, but Stratosphere and the New York Roller coaster should be open as usual! Thank you for all of the recommendations!
